The laboratory workstation of the CR series has been tested by the Fraunhofer Institute and can be used up to cleanroom class GMP A / B.
Convenient cleaning
The bracket for the laboratory workstation is made entirely of stainless steel and has smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.
Bayonet system and adjustable inclination
The cleanroom HMI can be conveniently attached to the laboratory workstation using a bayonet lock. The inclination can be individually adjusted using certified, cleanroom-compatible wing screws.
Workstations
Modular construction
The workstation has a modular structure and can therefore be configured individually according to your requirements.
This enables the connection of storage areas, keyboard holder, built-in keyboard, emergency stop, function key module and barcode scanner with holder.
Cleanroom design
The elements of the workstation are made entirely of stainless steel. They have smooth surfaces and are resistant to common cleaning agents, acids and alkalis. In addition, the cable routing is completely protected within the workstation. This enables simple and effective cleaning of the entire system.
Mobile or fixed versions available
The workstations can optionally be used with castors for mobile use or with height-adjustable feet.
Support arms
Versatile application possibilities
The support arm systems are versatile and can be adapted to the Rittal CP40 system.
The systems can be installed rigidly or with rotating elements as swivel arms. The adapter for connection to the pipe can be attached in all directions (up, down, left, right). L and U profiles are available for further assembly. This enables versatile installation, whether on the wall, from the ceiling, on machines or clean room tables.

In addition, the cable routing is completely protected within the support arm. This enables simple and effective cleaning of the entire support arm.
Bayonet system
The connection to the cleanroom HMI is easy with the help of the bayonet system. This also enables assembly by just one person.
Add-ons: Keyboard and barcode scanner holders
Keyboard holder
The support arm systems can be expanded with keyboard holders. The brackets are made entirely of stainless steel and have no screw connections. Depending on the keyboard model, the keyboard can be magnetically fixed to the holder.
Barcode scanner holder
In addition to a keyboard holder, the support arm systems also offer the option of adding a barcode scanner holder. The bracket can be left, right or both ends at the same time.
Wall mount brackets
Individually expandable wall mounting
In addition to the support arm profiles for wall mounting, the clean room HMI can also be conveniently mounted using a wall bracket.
The wall bracket can also be expanded in many ways. A keyboard holder, barcode scanner holder or an operating module with emergency stop and function keys can be attached.
